I would like to welcome you to our site and hope that this section can be helpful to you. As the Medical Director of North Valley Emergency Specialists I use the term “for patients” as my guide in decision-making and as a philosophy in the practice of Emergency Medicine.
Our group of physicians is committed to our community and the patients we serve. This section is made available to you for questions about your care, as a link to more detailed information about injuries and medical issues, and as a service beyond those we can offer within the time constraints of an Emergency Department visit.
We realize that the care provided to you or your loved one is a part of a whole experience in the Emergency Department. We have also supplied a link for billing questions and follow-up expectations. I personally take patient comments very seriously and have found them very helpful in implementing the best care. Please give us your input and help us to strengthen our practice.
~ Matthew Keeler, D.O., Medical Director
